National Notary Public Commissions

Become a Notary Public

A Notary Public is an officer  who witnesses and authenticates documents, signatures, administer oaths and statutory declarations, and perform certain other acts varying from jurisdiction to jurisdiction

Notarized documents are certified and sealed with a notary's state seal or stamp, and filed permanently.

Significant weight attaches to documents certified by a notary. They are certified and sealed with the notary's seal or stamp and are recorded in a register and kept permanently.

In less than one day, our classes will prepare you to become a licensed Notary Public in California, New Yorkor Florida. We also offer courses for the national notary exam.

Our Notary courses  are the lowest price and guaranteed - carefully designed to give learners the tool to help them to pass their exams on the first try. To be eligible to become a notary public, one must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of New York. If granted a commission, legal residency must be maintained throughout the four-year term of the commission.
