Can I pursue a real estate career part time? PDF Print E-mail
Though this is the common thought, the reality is something contrary. A career in real estate demands much of your time, energy, and dedication. It is not as easy as it looks from outside. Once you get into it, your path will be filled with challenges and tough situations. To name one, you need to have enough resources to support you in the initial period because even if find a client, you won’t get paid until the dealing is over completely; this means you need to wait for a month or so.

Another fact about a choosing real estate career is that you need to toil very hard to establish yourself as a reliable and successful professional. It will not be a cakewalk for you. So, it is not a wise decision to choose a real estate career as a part-time option.
